Background:

Alan has been coaching professional athletes since 2004, working with Motocross and Mountain Bike athlete and has to date coached 8 Downhill Mountain Bike World Champions.

In this time he has had the opportunity to coach in commercial gyms and fitness training facilities all over the world: USA, New Zealand, Spain, Austria, Canary Islands and all across Europe and UK.

In this time he has seen some fantastic training facilities, working with high-quality equipment, but also the other side – poorly equipped facilities, and athletes making do with whatever they can access to get stronger and fitter.

The motivation for this brand is based on this experience.
