Shipping policy

UK Shipping

• We ship orders within United Kingdom for prices listed per item on the website. This will be confirmed at checkout

 

• UK shipping is via Parcel Force and if the item is in stock will take 3-5 days for delivery, and you will be updated when the item has been shipped.

 

• If your order is not in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible. We will also update you on the lead time for the item - for example frame or upholstery colours that arent currently in stock will have a lead time. 

 

• Please ensure you enter a mobile phone number and email at checkout to receive shipping notifications and options for managing and scheduling your delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email
