1. Quality construction. Cheap materials, thin tubing and short cuts such may save costs but simply will not last. The Milway performance Bench is made in the UK from high quality, large box section steel, and we focus on the details such as welding closed the tube ends to avoid not only cuts and scrapes, but also to reduce corrosion. The bench pad plate is laser cut for a much better fit - the pad wont wobble and come loose with extended use.

2. Bench Pads. This is often overlooked and most companies dont even focus on this! However this is your connection to the bench. It's the part of the bench you feel and offers support so we have extensively tested fabrics and foams to give the best combination for performance. Harder density foam that most cheap foams for more support, and a fabric that wont rip, and wont crack with sweat! No cheap vinyls here that ruin the look and feel of your bench over time!

3. Will it fit your environment? Black is the traditional choice, but if you have a theme, preference or want to make a statement why not choose another colour combination to make it yours?! We offer a choice of bench pads and frame colours to suit you and your style.

5. Pre-assembled and ready to use? Will you receive your equipment as a flat pack and need 2hours and multiple tools to actually build? We pre-assemble all benches so they require minimal building on arrival - just 2 bolts and you are ready to go!
